Is Couples Therapy Right for You?
Relationships can feel heavy-- especially when communication breaks down, disconnection grows, or trust is shaken. Whether you're recovering from betrayal or just want to feel closer again, I help couples move from stuck to supported using research-backed approaches.
What You Can Expect From Me:
I'm deeply invested in helping each member of the relationship to feel seen. I don't just sit back and nod-- I engage with you, help you to notice and break old patterns, make necessary repairs, and communicate in a healthy way.
As your therapist, I promise to support your relationship with empathy, equity, directness, and compassion.

How I Work With Couples
We will practice proven tools for improving communication, deescalating conflicts, and repairing emotional connection.
The Gottman Method is grounded in decades of research.
I have completed both Gottman trainings 1 and 2 as well as the Gottman Treating Affairs and Trauma training.
Together, we will explore how deeper needs and patterns-- often tied to attachment and our childhood experiences-- show up in your relationship. Through this, we can discover how to respond to one another's attachment needs with care and safety, meeting one another where you are.

Although the "couple" is my client and my goal is to not take sides, I do support each person to take ownership of the part that they have played. By speaking with respect and restoring balance, we build the necessary empathy and accountability to move forward.
